The serial number label says Classic Chorus 212 only, no number after the name. If I can figure how to add the photo and or video, I will do that shortly. I was an elextrician in the Navy a life time ago and figured if the governement trained me to operate nuclear power plants on an aircraft carrier, hold my beer.I can fix this. I would consider my level of expertise, slightly better than novice. If anyone has any suggestions on how to obtain a parts list and or video instrudtion on how to replace, much would appreciated. The pot that is loose only has (71190515) on the back of it stenciled in white on the brown backing of the pot, the pot to the right of it (looking at the back) has (71190511 50K LIN and 8835) stenciled on the metal backing of the pot (which would be the mid eq pot), and the pot to the left of the loose one has (71190510 88 43, 10K) stenciled on the metal part of the back of the pot (which would be the presence knob). I took a lot of pictures and a couple videos clips of the circuit board and noticed the pots all have similar but different numbers stamped on them. I've also looked at all the pots and 1 in particular is pretty loose. o-pc-mount) but they only show one picture so I'm not 100% sure this is the exact type, I'm assuming it is a mono plug. I'm looking for replacment parts (so far I've found. For the life of me I couldn't find a magnifying glass to get a closer look at the solder connections on the back of the circuit board so I can't tell if the solder connections is/are bad or the jack itself no longer making good contact? My thoughts are, since I've gone this far, why not just replace the injput jack. The high gain input jack is loose when compared to all the other jacks in the amp and the symptoms would be not making good contact or I had to pull up on the cord at the input jack to get a connection/sound). I basically have the entire amp apart and have circuit board out. Hi gain input jack problems that cleaning the jack didn't resolve. I have a Classic Chorus 212 solid state amp, purchase new ~ 1991.
